RAND Machine & Fabrication Co., Inc. is a family-owned and -operated company that was established by the late Donald P. Ranaudo, Sr. in 1978. Donald J. Ranaudo, Jr. worked by his father’s side and learned the machining trade. Donald, Jr., who is a third-generation Master Machinist, took over the company in the late 1980s and decided to expand the business to include a complete line of UHMW Sheaves.

RAND Machine is a complete job shop that specializes in providing the wire industry with sheaves and other wire-related products in a variety of materials. Most recently, the company has introduced a line of Adjustable Cable Guides and Deflector Pulley Assemblies, designed and developed by Donald, Jr.
