CNC and Manual Turning
Here at Rand we have a variety of turning equipment, ranging from chuckers and manual lathes to the most up-to-date CNC turning centers available. With this versatile machinery, we make pulleys from .500" to 30" in diameter, as well as perform any type of shaft work up to 60" long, including the machining of weldments and castings.
CNC and Manual Milling
In addition, we have a number of milling machines, from older large millers to a full CNC line. We also offer a smaller, easily programmable line of CNC for short runs or prototype work and a large CNC vertical milling machine with a 30" x 60" table for bigger jobs.
TiG & MiG Welding
We also have a complete line of fabrication equipment, including both MiG and TiG welding machines. In addition to fabricating our own products, we use this equipment to fabricate and machine items in-house, to customer specs.
Additional Services
We can also provide surface grinding, broaching, heat treating, drilling, tapping and I.D. and O.D. threading services.
